These terms cover your use of RenewalReady (the website at renewalready.pratikpoddar.in and the RenewalReady Connector Salesforce package), operated by Pratik Poddar, an individual ("we"). By using it, you agree to them.

1. What RenewalReady does

RenewalReady reads license, user and login data from a Salesforce org you connect and recommends licenses you could reduce. It is read-only and makes no changes to your org. Recommendations are estimates; you decide what to change, and you should check them before acting. Paid plans add ongoing read-only rescans (weekly and on demand) for the org you connect, through to your renewal, while the subscription is active.

2. Your account and authority

Only connect an org you are authorized to administer, and use RenewalReady in line with your agreement with Salesforce and your company's policies. The subscriber dashboard and ongoing scans are available only to Salesforce admins of the subscribed org (users with Modify All Data or Manage Users); keep your dashboard link private, and reset it from the dashboard if it may have been shared.

3. Pricing

The first scan is free. Paid plans (Starter $199/month for orgs under 150 users, Growth $499/month) are billed monthly in US dollars by Dodo Payments, which acts as our merchant of record and reseller, under the terms shown at checkout. You can cancel any time; fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break its security, overload it, reverse engineer it to build a competing product, or use it on orgs you don't control.

5. No warranty

RenewalReady is provided "as is". Savings figures depend on the prices you enter and on what Salesforce reports. We don't guarantee any particular saving or that a recommendation suits your business.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 100 if you've paid nothing).

7. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what data we read and keep.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru having jurisdiction. Contact: pratik.phodu@gmail.com.
