Stop renewing Salesforce licenses nobody uses.
RenewalReady reads your org's users, logins and licenses, read-only, and shows how much you can cut at renewal: a dollar figure, the named seats behind it, and a renewal pack your CFO can sign off.
- Read-only: it never changes your org
- Recommends only, you decide
- Free scan stores nothing on our servers
What it finds
Every finding names the user or license pool, explains the evidence, and puts a monthly and yearly price on it at your contract prices.
Inactive users
Active users with no human login in 90 days (60 if you prefer), or who never logged in. API logins don't count as use.
Integration users on full seats
Accounts that only log in through the API but hold a full Salesforce license. Move them to a Salesforce Integration user.
Sales to Platform candidates
Full-license users who own or edit no Leads, Opportunities, Cases or Campaigns. Likely fine on a cheaper Platform license.
Frozen but still licensed
Freezing blocks login but keeps the seat. These users are still on your bill.
Unassigned licenses
Seats you pay for that nobody is assigned to, per user license type.
Idle add-on and app seats
Einstein, Agentforce, CPQ, Field Service and other permission set licenses, plus managed-package seats, that sit unused or with inactive users.
How it works
Install the connector
A small managed package adds the RenewalReady Connector app to your org. Install it for admins only. It contains no code and no objects.
Connect as an admin
Sign in with Salesforce and allow read-only API access. Production, sandbox or your My Domain.
Get your number
The scan takes under a minute for most orgs. Enter your contract prices to turn it into your exact savings, then print the renewal pack.

Questions
Does RenewalReady change anything in my org?
No. It only runs read-only queries (SOQL) against user, login and license data. It can't deactivate users or change licenses; it tells you what to change, and you decide.
What data does it read?
Users (name, email, username, profile, license, last login), 90 days of login history, license and permission set license counts and assignments, managed package seats, frozen status, and per-user counts of recently owned or edited Leads, Opportunities, Cases and Campaigns. It never reads the content of your records. Details in the privacy policy.
Where are my results kept?
For the free scan, only in your browser tab. The access token is used for the scan and then revoked, and nothing is saved on our servers. Subscribers who turn on ongoing scans let us keep an encrypted Salesforce token and the latest results so we can rescan weekly; Disconnect or cancelling deletes them. See the privacy policy.
Which Salesforce editions work?
Enterprise, Unlimited, Performance and Developer Edition, plus their sandboxes. Professional Edition needs API access enabled. The connector package installs in production, sandbox and Developer Edition orgs.
Why do I need to install a package?
Salesforce now requires connected apps to be installed in your org before users can authorize them. The package only contains the RenewalReady Connector app definition. You can uninstall it any time.
Are the dollar figures exact?
The free scan starts from public list prices ($165 per Salesforce user and $25 per Platform user per month). Enter your contract prices on the results page and every figure updates.
